New Feature: Network-Wide Buffers

Network-wide buffers allow you to visualize access to every stop in your network

We’re excited to introduce you to our new network-wide buffers. This feature allows you to visualize the areas that fall within a certain distance of every stop in your network.

To view the network-wide buffer:

1. Hover where the buffer distance is listed.
2. Click on the eye icon.
3. Change the radius — buffer distances can be set up to a distance of 2 miles (or 3200 meters).
4. Ta-da, you’re done!

This feature could help you to:

• Show your service area coverage
• Help with first/last mile visuals
• Evaluate paratransit requirements for service for your network
• Visualize the difference in access between your existing network and a modified scenario as in the example below:

Network-wide buffers can visualize access before and after a service modification.

Your Customer Success Manager can run population and job demographics network-wide within these buffers to support your new visual.
