Personalize Your Features: Map-Level Demographic Stats and More

Our customers love Remix’s out-of-the-box features, which bring transit plans to life starting from day 1. But did you know our Customer Success team can also unlock some additional features to further personalize your transit plans?

Check out these three Features by Request that can help you enrich the way you use Remix:

1. Map-level Demographic Stats: Ever wish that you could pull that same great demographic data from the line level, at the entire map level? Well, wish no more. If you send us the map URL, we can quickly compute the systemwide demographic stats for that map, including all of the stops on that map. This is really useful if you’re comparing various scenarios with multiple routes and want to compare.

If you need the demographic information for all lines across your map, let our Customer Success team know and we can pull those stats for you.

2. Merging Maps: We can also take two Remix maps and merge them into one. Just send us the link to the two maps, and we can create a new, merged map link. This is particularly helpful if you’re trying to copy a line from one map to another.

3. Import a transit network shapefile: Importing a future transit network (via shapefile) may be critical for your workflow. We’ve developed a preliminary process to import line shapefiles for purposes of building a route network in Remix.
