What the Heck is Vladimir Putin Thinking?

What Remote Viewing can teach us about the puppet master’s mindset & motives

When I first heard about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, I was confused. To me and many others, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, it seemed implausible that Putin would actually pull the trigger. It seemed the western world had underestimated, or at least misjudged, Vladimir Putin.

Truth is the first casualty of war — ancient proverb

My friend and Remote Viewing colleague, Morgan Farrell, is an amiable guy. But that good-natured Canadian politesse takes a spill when it comes to the truth. Whether it’s probing the future and predicting The End of Woke or analyzing the state of COVID-19, he carries himself with a healthy dose of skepticism and a pit bull determination to source the truth, wherever it leads. Remote Viewing is often his tool of choice.

When headlines about Russian battle failures and Ukrainian Hail Mary victories began to pile up in the western media, the stark one-sided nature of the news began to make Morgan uneasy.

“Nothing’s ever all black or all white,” he explained. “There’s much more to this story than we’re being told. My personal motivation in initiating this project was simply to pierce the fog of war to see what was really going on. Being such a potentially serious situation, I did not want to be left guessing, and I am sure that any number of others feel the same. Hence, this was chosen as a public-facing endeavor.”

Is Vladimir Putin really at death’s door? Is he insane? Does he really bathe in antler blood? Just what is he thinking? And what does he want?

Remote viewing is an ideally suited tool to pierce this fog of war, and to provide reliably accurate information in a direct and objective manner.

The Setup

As project manager, Morgan tasked our team of Remote Viewers with the project. During our post-project round-table discussion, I asked Morgan why he chose to approach the topic in the way he did.

“All RV projects are a trade-off of resources,” he explained. “I had to work with the viewers we had, and so I chose the cues most likely to give us the biggest bang for the buck.”

“Deep mind probe” is a well-established cue in the world of Technical Remote Viewing (TRV), giving the most underlying beliefs and framework from which a person operates. And “uppermost thoughts” has shown promise at flagging what someone is chronically thinking on a day-in-day-out basis.

Project sessions were run from May 2nd through May 27th, 2022.

The team consisted of a group of highly trained and experienced (military-grade) professional Remote Viewers and students, some of whom have been working together for more than a decade.

Project sessions were conducted “blind,” with only the project manager knowing the cues until our post-session round-table discussion.

So, what did the data show?

From Russia with Love

The data indicate that Putin operates from a spy’s playbook, which is no surprise given his background with the KGB and FSB.

God is not averse to deceit in a just cause — Aeschylus

Along these lines, Putin shows a willingness to use propaganda. One of the viewers had data of:

There are lies and disingenuous aspects to this situation.

And another had the person’s ultimate goal being:

. . . an everlasting event of institutional distraction. Using a powerful, capturing social message. It is a way to swindle by type-casting people with an overflow of this messaging.

This social stuff most likely makes you feel alone, segregated, separate with this message. Like it causes gossip.

Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage

Putin sees himself as being backed into a corner and wants to make up for previous errors from the collapse of the Soviet Union.

To provide context, Putin waxed nostalgic in December 2021 about the erstwhile Soviet Union:

It was a tragedy for the vast majority of the country’s citizens. After all, what is the collapse of the USSR? It’s the collapse of historical Russia, called the Soviet Union.

We have turned into a different country completely. And what has been built up over a thousand years, to a large extent, has been lost. Overnight, 25 million Russian people found themselves abroad, in the republics of the former USSR, which had gained independence, sovereignty.

Along these lines, it is interesting to note that Putin did not attend the funeral of the Soviet Union’s final Premier, Mikhail Gorbachev, in September 2022.

One of the viewers reported the data:

The central figure “being in an enclosure likened to a snare.” They are “making an escape attempt” by “lifting themselves up by their own bootstraps.”

The Outsider

Project data describe Putin as seeing himself as an outsider and uniquely positioned to challenge the existing western world order.

Since this project was run, Putin has laid out his vision for a multi-polar world, with a new Russian empire at one of the poles.

Disturbingly, he views the current state of affairs as an end-game and is committed to high-stakes weaponry.

What does he want?

The data point towards Putin’s desire for glory via territorial expansion and modernization.

It also strongly indicates his desire for a legacy. If you believe the western propaganda about Putin’s iffy health, it may be in the cards for him to begin pouring the cement on the foundations for how he will be remembered.

What goes unsaid

“What’s equally important here,” Morgan explained during our round-table debrief, “is what’s not in the data.”

As we quietly read between the lines that night to a background of crickets, it became clear to one after another that Putin is not “Madamir.” He’s perfectly sane. And he’s not imminently afraid for his own life, per se. And he is most certainly not deathly ill.

This leads us to believe that either Russia is stronger than commonly accounted for or that they believe the west will not effectively and decisively follow through in the event of massive and immediate escalation.
