basecamp: Great for remote teams but also for coaching relationships. Keeps everything organized in one place. You can upload or link documents and call recordings and it is a great communication tool.
asana: Project Management Tool for remote teams
Trello: Project Management Tools for remote teams to organize tasks and deadlines
Slack: Communication Tools for big groups of people
Communication (spoken)
zoom: I use it for my coaching calls and love it. There is also a “chat” and “recording” option. You can use it with more than 2 participants but have to pay after 40 minutes.
Google Hangout: Video Calling tool, also possible for more than 2 people
Skype: Video Calling tool, with an option to call from Skype to regular phone
