We are what we repeatedly do. I’m re-inventing myself by improving in 15 areas at a time.

This post is part of my Re Human project.

Daily Habits

Books: Today I finished Dealers of Lightning. Then I started a podcast on Tim Ferris talking with the founder of Shopify. Some learnings from today:

We shape our tools; and our tools shape us.

PARC had too much funding so they didn’t have a constrain like Apple to launch and innovate. They were caught by surprise.

Shopify started as a snowboard tool e-commerce store! Then they realized that the software was more valuable than what they were selling.

Meditation: 20minutes in the morning.

Digital Drawing: Today I chose a picture of a portrait to draw:

My girlfriend! Thought it would be a nice gift.
started with some Triangulation — doesn’t look like anything but supposedly that’s the way to start.

Piano: Today I felt super good with piano improvisations — finally sounding okayish. Some friends were skeptical, but 10mins a day works!

Re Human Extended Activity: Today I did Graphic Design. Worked on homepage “landing page/coming soon” designs for the new pivot for our startup:

this one has a video that plays in the background automatically! changing between activities to learn

Dance: today I danced in the morning! For one song, practiced the body wave and body isolations (that I started learning yesterday).

Writing: This post, journaling (day and night). Also wrote a Daily Thought — basically freestyle writing exploring my thoughts.

Fitness: Today I trained biceps, handstands, and human flags. Ended with the Tabata method with Burpees. Super hard but love it.

Soccer trick juggling: Today I got a hop the world, and an around the world — consecutively! And I got it on film :).
