Re-inventing ourselves has always been the most important skill. I’m re-inventing myself by improving in 15 areas at a time. This post is part of my Re Human project.

Daily Habits

Books: I’ve always loved Creativity but now I love it even more. Some notes from Creativity: the psychology of discovery and invention from today:

Humans would not survive if we didn’t have creativity.

We depend on the evolution of our Memes. Cultural evolution.

The very threats of our survival arise from our creative solutions to previous problems. Example: problem of overpopulation brought by invention of agriculture, public health, machines, etc.

Therefore human well being depends on two factors:

- The ability to increase creativity

- The ability to increase how we evaluate creative ideas

Meditation: This whole weekend (Saturday and Sunday) I’m attending the “Inner Engineering” event by Sadghuru in SF. So most of the day is meditation and yoga.

Re Human Extended Activity: Saturdays is Music Production.

Today I expanded my “Creating a Dream” song. Feeling more and more comfortable with creating music. Also watched several videos on Skillshare on Logic Pro.

Writing: This post, code, and a daily thought.

Digital Drawing & Painting:

Today I drew a flower:

Fitness: warmup, triceps, handstands, and human flag practice.

Piano: Today I felt I could play the “first part” (so subjective to say what is “the first part” for La La Land’s Sebastian and Mia’s theme just from memory / feeling.

Soccer trick juggling: Today I got two around the worlds in a row and almost got three!
