This year’s NFT.NYC 2022 is once again looking to be a premier event in the Web3 world. With a lineup of over 1500 speakers, from all over the world and from every industry, there truly is something for everyone at this year’s event. But with so much to choose from, it can be hard to decide where to go and what to see! With that in mind, the Render Network team has curated a primer with some of the speakers and events from the Render community.

LVCIDIA

An immersive art installation by none other than Render Network’s own power user FVCKRENDER! Announced just under a month ago, LVCIDIA is a 3-day exploratory art experience that will take your mind beyond this galaxy into the metaverse powered by remarkable 3D art. With more information dropping as the opening day gets closer on June 21st, 2022, you have to follow the LVCIDIA twitter account to make sure you don’t miss out on one of the premier experiences this NFT.NYC!

An Interactive Exhibit across the Brooklyn Bridge

Coco Dolle is hosting a curated, live NFT experience in Brooklyn starting before NFT.NYC and running through its end into the beginning of July. The currently unnamed exhibit features NFT works from creators like renowned Octane and Render Network artist Nicole Ruggiero and performance artist David Henry Nobody Jr. (davidhenrynobodyjr on socials), which promises to be a layered multi-sensory experience. The exhibit opens at 11 Newel Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222, starting on June 10th and running through July 3rd. For more information, reach out to Coco through her Twitter page (tweet embedded above).

Deca.NYC

The Decaverse is coming to NFT.NYC. Deca, one of the most enigmatic and interesting projects on the market today, is hosting an event Wednesday, June 22nd at 7pm ET with cryptoart legends like XCOPY and Snowfro at Betaworks Studios in the Meatpacking District of NYC. Like a lot of the Decaverse, the event is shrouded in both mystery and allure, with the event being exclusive to Octagon holders. Keep an eye out for more details regarding the event as they’re released, and make sure to create a Deca Gallery, curating the NFTs and cryptoart you’ve collected.

Digital Diaspora

On Juneteenth (Sunday, June 19th), renowned crypto artists Diana Sinclair and Drifter Shoots are organizing the Digital Diaspora art exhibition, public installation, and fundraising auction centered around showcasing the works of the most celebrated Black artists in NFTs. The event will take place at Samsung 827 in the Meatpacking district and you can sign up here to explore some of the art by many of the leading voices of the cryptoart movement including IX SHELLS, Micah Johnson, Swopes, Cory Van Lew, Latasha and many more.

FWB x SuperRare

FWB and SuperRare are hosting one of the parties of the summer this NFT.NYC! Hosted Thursday, June 23rd at Le Poisson Rouge on historic Bleeker Street, this late night electric extravaganza features DJ sets from superstars like Flying Lotus, Toro y Moi, Empress Of, Blu DeTiger and Brux! Open to $RARE and $FWB holders, register here to attend!

Monstercat & Universe.xyz

Join Monstercast and Universe.xyz for the Universal Space Station! An evening of live music (headlined by DJ Don Diablo), curated art (featuring works from the Akuverse by former LA Dodger and Chicago Whitesox player Micah Johnson) and refreshments, the Universal Space Station is an event you won’t want to miss out on! Open to all holders of Monstercat’s NFTs, RELICS, IDOLS, Polymorphs, Lobby Lobsters, and Akutars, register for the event at the following link to join the party on Sunday, June 19th at 8pm ET, hosted at Webster Hall.

N F T S E A

If you’re looking for a more laid back vibe, catch a sea breeze and a movie at N F T S E A! With a full luxury movie theater rented for the evening, music, a blockparty and speakeasy-style bars, all alongside the historic Hudson River on a summer night, it really can’t get much better. Keep an eye out on their twitter account for more information on the event that Monday, June 20th evening, and take part in the ticketing experience now through NFT Access!

Sazón

Take a trip across the river over to Jersey City on Saturday June 18th — 19th for one of the most exciting events all year! Sazón is looking to bridge the gap between Web3 and Latin Subcultures, blending the best of both worlds to see where the future lies for both. Bringing out local cuisine, creators and more, this event promises to be one that you don’t want to miss and if you do, you’ll be hearing about from those who didn’t for years to come! Make sure to buy your tickets while you can!
