RWA Launchpad, SUI & Wormhole Integrations — June LFG Thursday Community Call Roundup

Welcome to our monthly LFG Thursday community call & AMA roundup — June edition. As we dive into our monthly update, we are thrilled to announce the start of our summer campaign for Rentible. This season promises to be a transformative period for us with major product developments, integrations, Q3 roadmap, new staff, expanded branding efforts, and enhanced partner discussions all to come. Here’s a detailed look at what’s in store:

Real World Assets (RWA) Expansion

One of the main focuses of our recent efforts has been the development and refinement of our Real World Assets (RWA) technology. After numerous discussions with stakeholders, we are making updates based on the valuable feedback we’ve received, and they represent a significant step forward to the RWA revolution.

Our first focus will be targeted toward trending real-estate markets like Dubai, Bali, Southeast Asia and LATAM resorts. Based on our discussions, we’ve identified three interesting use cases for our RWA solution:

• Investment and ROI Generation: Investors can earn returns from both short-term rentals (like Airbnb) and long-term leases from tenants.
• Fractional Ownership (Timeshares): Investors can buy a fraction of a property and gain usage rights. This model allows for combining personal use during off-peak seasons with rental income during peak times.
• Property Flipping: This strategy involves investing in under-construction properties and selling them post-completion for a high return on investment.

We have been in talks with industry experts worldwide to understand the legal and practical challenges associated with these use cases. With the technology ready and reliable partners on board, we aim to launch our first pilot projects by the end of summer, if not sooner.

Sui & Wormhole Integration

Our integration with the Sui ecosystem marks another significant advancement. We are using the Wormhole bridge, a technically robust and secure solution. The bridge has passed initial tests and is now operational.

• SUI to RNB DEX Pair: We plan to open a SUI to RNB DEX pair on one SUI DEXs.
• Liquidity Staking: RNB holders will soon be able to stake their liquidity in the SUI/RNB pair and receive monthly rewards. The starting RNB APY will be comparable to the Travel Portal incentives, and this opportunity will open in June.

Travel Portal Development

The Travel Portal has been a great tool for users to get immediate hands on use from Rentible and help drive adoption. We will be focusing on improving this portal to develop a better offering and are excited to announce several new functionalities for our Travel Portal coming soon:

• Support for New Cryptocurrencies: We will be adding BTC and USDT support.
• No-Login Booking Experience: Users will be able to search and book hotels without the need to register or log in.
• Referral System: A new referral system is in development, aimed at launching affiliate campaigns for both influencers and users, offering perks for inviting friends to the platform.

CEX listings

A highly anticipated Centralized Exchange (CEX) listing will be coming for RNB. While we have several offers on the table all with pros and cons, we will proceed and announce listing when the timing is optimal.
