An IP iteration is wonderful for its ability to foster growth. Nothing helps your team discover new perspectives and redirect efforts like a fantastic plan for the times ahead.

One of the reasons why IP iterations are performed is to allow your ART (Agile Release Train) to have a moment of reset. However, new cycles bring their fair share of instability. Life always finds a way to get in the way of the best of plans and create additional stress as you move forward.
