The United States is a mess, as you can see in the faction report below, and for every candidate that got less than 20% of the votes, you need to review the information below.
Getting on the ballot is easy, and it’s NOT an accomplishment.
Most of the voters (me included) will vote for the person on the party line if they don’t know the person; therefore, the goal of Rep My Block is to be a central place where voters can find information about candidates, factions, caucuses, and parties.
The role of a party is to get elected to govern. The world is divided into about 13 major ideologies. Those who claim to be above the parties and to be independent do belong to the Libertarian persuasion.
When I explain that, I am constantly insulted by those independents. Still, they are the first to complain that the system is rigged but are not willing to devote the amount of effort to convincing folks. They will spend hours arguing with people who disagree that they are right.
If you are sure of your hypothesis, Rep My Block will not prevent you from trying it, but after more than five years of watching candidates fail, we came up with the following goal.
The way parties of the United States are organized, the concept of left and right doesn’t match the position of all Americans.
I built Rep My Block to try to move the political lines of the two major parties across every state so that anything on the right of the Liberals faction would gather inside the Republican Party, and anything on the left of the Progressives would gather inside the Democratic Party.
In some state, the republican party includes everything from nationalists to progressives; in other states, the democratic parties represent everything from communists to Christian Democrats.
I urge Americans to join the Republican or Democratic party and organize in Salons based on their 13 factions. Rep My Block will help those leaders to manage.

I know it’s always strange to be part of a faction and a significant party, and many leaders will try to push you away. They have done it to me for the past seven years, but the law that guides the parties is enshrined in state law, and nobody can kick you out based on your beliefs.
