Experience with RB:)

Note: Based on a true story:D

First day at RB:

It was very exciting for me to enter into a client place and start our work fresh(reached late to office on the first day:D). Myself and Viveka entered office for the very first day and Sithara was waiting for our arrival as she have to give heads-up on the procedures and the work flows. First day prolonged with an intro of a product and it was a huge task for us to get a whole product overview, so we took two weeks of time to understand each functionality of an app in detail:D.

Working with CT:

An excitement and a fear, both were captured our mind when we heard that we should be sitting along with developers. An excitement, is because of easiness of a communication and also to get a clear overview of what has been developed/fixed. A fear, is because of the same communication:D. As we happened to identify bugs from their development or the bug fixes. But the platform/liberty/support given by developers is amazing and it makes us feel free to go ahead with our work confidently.

We work independently and the trust/belief they have on us is big thing. Whenever a feature development is done, Testing should be planned accordingly with a priority and the priority can be set by myself, that liberty is provided to us by Karan.

Learning with fun:

NC Meet, the best thing in creativity happens every month. It gives a best platform to sharpen our mind ability by focusing on creative works rather than just painting/crafting, it involves a think through process to achieve on creative work and yeah, it helps people to create a new album in Facebook and keep uploading photos along with tags:P every month:D

Next thing, After Stand-up gets over for us(CT) in the morning, there is a new initiative started a month back I guess. We used to share any interesting facts/tech blogs/news/it will be a general random topic. Just for this, Most among us started reading/watching interesting videos/News/hearing podcasts to show up our-self that we do have a content for the day;), Though we look each other faces eagerly(expecting someone to speak up;P) some days:D if we didn’t have anything to share:P, still yeah. We are keep doing it daily:D
