February 14, 1922 — Female Bandit Fails to Frighten Grocer

Chicago, Feb 14. — When Eva Daley, 22 years old, entered a grocery store and attempted to hold up the proprietor, according to the police the grocer grabbed her gun and held her until a customer called the police. The latter believe that she is the girl who has been leading a band of robbers on holdups and burglaries her for several days.
