Melissa Donoho is a surface designer and collage artist living and working in Kansas City. Her career started at the age of six when she set up a secret studio in the back of her closet. In the years since, she has moved to a less clandestine studio and has become known for her playful mixed media collages and expressive surface patterns. When Melissa isn’t creating, she can be seen riding around town on the cutest bicycle you’ve probably ever seen, adding to her ever-growing plant family or trying to convince herself she doesn’t need any of the brightly-colored vintage knick knacks that catch her eye at her favorite resale shop.
