Tracey Sylvester: Making Change Happen

“I once read that it “takes a lifetime to develop poor posture and by the age of 50 most people’s spines reflect the way they‘ve lived their life”… I became aware of the fact that we all tend to unconsciously sculpt our bodies to fit our personalities and lifestyle — this communicates how we feel about ourselves and how we engage with our surroundings. I think if we all stood upright, with our heads held high, looking forward, we would be more emotionally prepared for what life had in store for us. Being grounded and strong in our body will give us the stamina to take on our physical world. This, in turn, would give humanity the bandwidth to look beyond our self and give back to the world we all share.”
Tracey Sylvester, EHS Pilates in San Francisco.
