Request Network Public Token Launch
How to participate and the timeline to expect
Synthesis:
- All eligible* supporters can participate
- Whitelist collection period: September 13 to September 30
- Token launch registration period: October 2 to October 7
- Public token launch: October 13 at 9 am CEST to October 17 at 9 am CEST
- Equal individual purchase cap for registrants during first 24 hours
Slack Whitelist:
Request Network will only be organizing ONE public token launch, which will occur between October 13, 2017 and October 17, 2017. In order to participate, you have to be on the whitelist.
We want our early community to be part of the launch, that’s why our slack community will be considered as the whitelist.
- If you are a current Request Network Slack member, you can peacefully wait for now, as we will collect all emails that are registered on our Slack group by the end of 30 September.
- The whitelist will be limited to a certain number (TBD) in order to keep a strong and active community i.e. the slack group will be privatised when we reach this number.
Registration:
Our registration process ensures that only one whitelist email and one ethereum wallet address are attached to one real-world identity. It will take place from October 2 to October 7.
In order to make sure we’re compliant with applicable laws, we will not allow US Citizens to participate.
Details we will need: passport, selfie with passport, one ethereum wallet address, full name, birth date, and nationality.
Token Launch:
There will be an equal individual purchase cap for registrants during the first 24 hours on October 13, with Individual cap = Total public cap/ Number of approved registrants. Afterwards, caps will be doubled every day until the hard cap is reached:
Day 1 individual cap : Total public cap / number of approved registrants
Day 2 individual cap: (Day1 individual cap)*2
Day 3 individual cap: (Day 2 individual cap)*2
Day 4 individual cap: (Day 3 individual cap)*2
Each transaction will have a gas price limit up to 50 GWEI.
Contributions will be made with ETH only.
Additional details regarding terms and repartition will be released tomorrow.
