In general, to apply for a PhD or a Masters worldwide you would be probably requested to prepare the following documents:

  1. Motivation letter
  2. Cover letter (more like the email you send)
  3. CV
  4. Certificates
  5. Recommendation letters (Preferably, at least one academic and one professional)
  6. Some positions ask for proposals

But, how to find out programs and more importantly scholarships?

Since my graduation in 2012, I had pursued looking for scholarships to complete my postgraduate studies.

I prepared a google-sheet list of websites that includes different resources that can help in finding scholarships and positions in academia as well as development. This list is constantly updated.

You can check those links and subscribe to the newsletters of each website. You might need to filter the search in each website in relation to your field such that you receive relevant information.

The links would guide you either to a university website or a platform that advertises open positions/opportunities.

Do you have a resource that is not listed, please feel free to reach out and share it with me to be added to the list.
