1776 Commission Report a Most Shameful Excusing

Trump’s report excuses slavery & condemns the civil rights legacy

As you can see from the “1776 Commission” report above, the commission really is extremely rubbish and not to be beLIEved.

Another attempt to insight anger and violence it seems,
one of the last demeaning acts of a vile president
excuses the slavery of Black people in America and
condemns the civil rights movement legacy.

The “1776 commission” released on the evening of
“Martin Luther King day” celebrating the most iconic
civil rights leader of 20th century America
is an insult to his memory and an insult to black Americans.

This shameful commission ordered by trump himself (no caps intended)
after his explicit condemnation of the New York Times’
Pulitzer Prize-winning “1619 Project” in September 2020
focusing on America’s history of slavery.

Trump claimed the “1669 Project” collection, “toxic propaganda,”

“ideological poison” “that will destroy our country”.

Well trump, you have had a very good go at this all by yourself.

The commission defends abuse by the founding fathers less than human treatment of black slaves to build a “principle of consent as the ground of all political legitimacy”,

The commission excuses hypocrisy and ignores the rights of
Black people.

The report cries. “Many Americans labor under the illusion that slavery was somehow a uniquely American evil,” arguing slavery must, “be seen in a much broader perspective”.

Yes, you read correctly, others have done it, so don’t just look towards
white American supremacists, that’s just not fair!

Children could have made a better argument.
I do believe the commission was written in crayon.

Trump and his trumped-up commission would like to see the country’s schools and families return to a more;

“patriotic education” “to raise up morally responsible citizens who love America”.

Oh, just do one you daft Naziz’s.

Fortunately, this white supremacist commission carries no weight and can not be implemented in American education.

Enough damage has been done.

I wholeheartedly recommend you read Sylvia Wohlfarth’s piece “How does it feel when the perpetrators of racial segregation become the victims”? Sylvia’s harrowing read gave me the push I needed to complete the piece above.
