Making less of danger
Does not diminish or deter it.
Danger doesn’t disappear
When denied, ignored or mocked.
Trump and the terrible virus,
And their dance of danger
For Secret Service and staff,
Faithful to the focus of Americans’ love,
To presidents in the Oval Office,
No matter the person or party.
The dance of arrogance and danger
Disrespects, disregards devotion.
