Democracy
Poetry
Well, it’s done
We democratized falseness
Everyone has the right to take part
In the gossip, comedy, and mass
Everyone can delight themselves
In their own sin, rage, and happiness
We welcome every laugh
Every tear
Every kick on the wall
The sermons
Friends of mine
Are a public property
We have saved a place
To every commandment
We state on the table talk
It’s done
There is not a Constitution
There is not a Bible
The world is ruled by visceral opinions
And we play its anthem with laughs, tears, and kicks on the wall
But is that what we want?
Is that the anthem we have been fighting for?
It’s done
We have the rage like Achilles
Now we must take care of our heels
To continue walking towards peace.
