I Hate You! (2E)
Commentary on our dysfunctional dialogue…
I hate you…
because you’re not like me…
I don’t understand you…
You will only tell me how stupid I am.
You are stupid!
Your ideas are crazy!
Are you afraid of my ideas?
You don’t have to believe what I believe.
I don’t even want to listen to you.
Why can’t you think the way I think?
You don’t know me.
You tell others to fear me…
People should be afraid of you!
You are ruining everything!
I’m like you.
We have much in common.
I am not like you.
You are weak… I hate you!
I try to pay attention…
I try to figure things out.
I know how the world is.
You are blind!
I know I make mistakes.
When I discover my mistakes I learn things.
I don’t make mistakes…
but if I did, I would never admit it to you… that would be weak.
I believe the best way for us to get along is
for me to treat you the way I hope you will treat me.
The best way for us to get along is
for you to be like me.
Come on, Gogo, return the ball,
can’t you, once in a while?
