Always drawing out the hidden

ever hopeful, ever hopeful

knowing somewhere was a drop

like sap of springtime

in the conscience buried

to be drawn, a rehearsal

never premiered, waiting

something purer and devout

some spore of life to come

sensual, new, where everyone

would be alive, no longer grey

or voiceless, laughing at the backlash

knowing the young must be

young and never wasted

doing all with

your own ten fingers
