The rich decide
what’s best for the poor
The fates of women,
lie in men’s hands
Straight judges make laws
for everyone else
Representing all the colors
only white stands
If only there was a way to change this!
My simplistic take on Michael Stalcup and his interesting prompt, Perspective. My husband and I often discuss how most people haven’t walked the proverbial mile in other’s shoes and hence, lack perspective to really pass judgement.
