This world has gone slightly alien
With masks, hand gel, temperature testing
And signing in to department stores.
No job for a very long time with no
Money to compensate.

This is where you get to become annoyed,
With the words below.

Life is pretty much back to normal
In this land with a very low death rate
And very low cases of Covid 19.
Continents of the west
Have drifted so much farther from
Undesirable, uneducated South East Asia,
Splitting the Pangea of crisis management
To an embarrassingly new level.

It is now so immeasurable,
Quantum entanglement will be
Wracking it’s brains over this one,
How far the East distanced itself from the West
And the tip of its virile tongue,
Sending their brains into overload
Over simple basic mathematics.

Social distancing is no easy task,
To throw hand cleansing and mask-wearing
Into the equation
Is asking just a bit too much for
The untrained mathematical mind
Of elementary logical thought.

To rebel against a system of care
Mindful of the vulnerable,
To demand one’s freedom at the cost of lives
Is no rebellion at all.

The advantage unfair! So let’s try to
Cheat this test by adding more vitriolic blame,
That should do it, get boredom on our side.

Now everybody listen to the schoolyard bullies
And ignore our practical teachers.
This one is going to see their defeat,
While bullies take control of the science block!

Thailand went into a hardcore lockdown situation for two months demanded by the Thai people of their government.
There are 66.000.000 people in Thailand. 58 deaths and 3328 cases 126 hospitalised 3144 recovered. Source. WHO.

Thank you Meg for giving my words a platform at Politically Speaking.
Thank you all for reading and your precious time. J.
