OUR HANDS

Take a moment and look down at your hands…
The veins, the skin, maybe some scars
The creases, the lines, but also the spirit that they hold

Our hands are these beautiful parts of our body where the anti-material, our thoughts and ideas, becomes physical
Where intention turns into action

Our hands are how some share their gifts with the world
Artists, musicians, engineers
They are what grasp the signs we made as we march for a better future
They are what guide us through the mundane
They are how we take care of ourselves and those around us
They are what we reach out to help another when they’ve fallen

It’s easy to feel lost in the 7 billion people here on Earth and to feel like we don’t have agency
Questions arise like, “How could I be the one who makes a difference?”
But the next time that you think this thought, look down at your hands and start with one simple question…

What can mine do?

A gypsy soul and a lover at heart following both was only the start….
