When stormy waters rise
Beneath the shade of
A muddy black well,
Fetch a bucket to bail out
The shimmering darkness
Swirling around a tight rope.

Pour out the mirror and drink
A cup of your quivering reflection,
Losing control to the swigs of a
Divine calmness, trickling down
Gently, all the way inside.
