Social Distancing

We are part of an appalling pandemic

and I refuse to believe that

we can make a change.

I understand that this can be a shock but

“Safety comes from staying at home”

is a lie, and

“Participating in large gatherings is sensible”

So today, I tell my peers that

this is not the most important thing.

Our world will know that

We have our priorities straight because

ignorance

is more important than

social distancing

It is foolish to presume that

Self-isolation gives us hope.
