The thing about uncharted waters is that’s where you go to discover new worlds.

If you never venture forth out of an itch for adventure or the desperation of necessity you will never fulfill the domain of your potential fueled by curiosity or a sense of wonder.

For far too long we have substituted that human yearning by sucking juice out of the fruits ripened by the creative efforts of others.

Now we are cast into the sea — some in their underwear, others grasping for logs, some on makeshift rafts, others in seaworthy vessels.

We might sink.
We might get lost.
We might find paradise.

Too bad none of us ever learned to use a compass
or navigate by the stars.

Bon Voyage!
