Protest in Portland with tear gas and bubbles, Christyl Rivers

We were wafting bubbles,
Merrily they drifted Nazi-ward
On the other side of barricades
Federal Agents fired the final word

In Portland Oregon last weekend
We danced, chanted, and sang
When I watched it all on Fox News
They portrayed us as sturm and drang

America where did you go?
Equality for every heart and soul?
Hopelessly politico
Burst heads and bubbles, staccato
Blowing minds, both fast and slow

America, I miss you so
