After studying ancient Egyptian history, I am no more enlightened than I was beforehand.

What is pain?

Man, in all his glory, tries to accomplish something great and it leads to the ultimate surrender to futility.

Man fails.

This is pain.

Where do we find comfort?

I worked, purchased and paid off the loan to acreage. I now own it and a few concepts that I formulated.

One is: “If you never start anything, you don’t have to finish it.”

Two: “Don’t buy a boat if you just want to go boating, rent one for a day.”

Three: “Never own a boat with a partner. It’s just bad business… or pleasure.”

Four: “Invest in whatever keeps going up in price. Buy low, Sell high.”

Five: “Never trust anyone. They are all as crooked as you.”

Six: “Stay one-minute ahead of the minute. Stay one day ahead of the day. Life ahead of..

Seven: “Stop, Sit down on the ground. Lay face down. Smell Earth for 5 minutes. Sit up.

Eight: “Babies teach us what we forgot.”

Nine: “Love is nothing more than respect. Respect yourself and everyone.”

Ten: “Be “in it” for the self, for the self is not the self, but rather a lot of selves.”
