Personally, having a hard time with this given that our State legislators (including Scott) recently voted for bills written by AT&T; like AB 1665 that slow down broadband equity in California. See this example in rural Marin County (where they can’t get broadband deployment grants now, as easily): https://www.ptreyeslight.com/article/new-law-dims-countys-fiber-optic-dreams . Net Neutrality isn’t that useful when you can’t even get decent broadband in your area due in part to monopoly telcos and State legislators and PUCs not stepping up.
