Personally, having a hard time with this given that our State legislators (including Scott) recently voted for bills written by AT&T; like AB 1665 that slow down broadband equity in California. Net Neutrality isn’t that useful when you can’t even get decent broadband in your area due in part to monopoly telcos and State legislators and PUCs not stepping up.
