Background:
I have challenged myself to write seven fictional motivational short stories every day, using my own morals and principles in life, along with some excerpts from my own journey.

I choose to be Aisha from a parallel universe to deliver my message to you! :)

It was Tuesday morning.

Aisha, seated in her office, stared at her laptop screen, her fingers resting on the keyboard but not moving. She sighed and leaned back in her chair.

Her screen buzzed. A calendar reminder.
“One-on-one with Raj.”

Her heart sank.

She already knew how the meeting would go. Raj, her manager, would sit back in his chair, arms crossed, eyes scanning through her work as if he was searching for mistakes.

He would point out everything that was wrong, never acknowledging the effort she had put in.

There would be no encouragement, no understanding — just a list of things she needed to “improve.”
