Horn Affairs Editor declares war on identity commission

TPLF-affiliated journalist and editor-in-chief of Horn Affairs, Daniel Berhane, declared on Facebook post that “Tigray rejects the so-called border and identity commission”.
The post refers to a proposal made by the Council of Ministers on November 14th regarding the creation of a commission with the mandate to assess and resolve border and identity issues through the country. Since its proposal, is has faced considerable pushback from mainly Tigrayan activists who oppose it on constitutional grounds.
