What God sees
You are spirit, you see.
Spirit in a bottle.
That’s what God sees when God looks at you.
God doesn’t see your mistakes, your errors, your ‘sins’, what you consider the flaws the way that other people see it. And that is why God doesn’t judge you, or hate you, or reject you in any way.
God sees your spirit — the real you.
Perfect and whole as it was redeemed through the gift of the Christ.
But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7 (NIV)
