After several weeks of blogging daily or keeping a journal it becomes your way of clearing your mind and ordering your thoughts.
Writing things down makes you more attuned to the various problems and challenges you face as a parent and gives you the time and space to think about them. Without all the rush.
It makes you more aware of your knee-jerk reactions and how they might affect your daily interactions with your child as well as of the possible reasons for your child’s behavior.
