It is pointless to mention that artificial intelligence will enter our lives in the not too distant future, because many mobile applications, computer programs and digital systems that we use in our daily lives are integrated into the AI technology. So the AI ​​era began.

One of the most exciting discussions today is to what extent this concept can affect which professions. Today, when we understand the working logic of these systems, we are estimating that almost all professions and jobs could be done with them. In this paper, I would like to discuss the relationship between AI and law, and whether we can put the discipline of law under the control of computers in the future.

The article will consist of two parts and a half-part. In the first part I will present possible arguments about why the law cannot be given to AI control, and in the second part, I will present possible arguments about why the law can be given to AI control. In the last part, I will talk about how human and intelligent computer systems can cooperate in the field of law in the future.
