NEW CHOICE APP FEATURES: Mid September 2021 Update
At Choice App we work on two-week sprints and are constantly pushing updates. Some feel behind the scenes and some are more noticeable, but all are done to make things better for YOU!
Here’s a quick rundown of some features that just pushed.
View Deposit History on Web App
Dashboard -> Top Right Drop Down -> Select Bank Accounts -> See List of Deposits and Their Pending or Completed State
Remove Bank Account on Web App
Dashboard -> Top Right Drop Down — Select Bank Accounts -> Remove Option is to the Right of Deposit
Remove Bank Account on iOS App
Dashboard -> Settings in Bottom Right -> Linked Bank Accounts -> Click On Your Linked Account -> Remove Bank Account
ID Verification on Mobile
If you skip the ID upload when you start your Choice account, the iOS app will display a blue reminder to upload your ID. You have 30 days of activity in this state. After 30 days, the reminder will turn red and your ability to trade and make deposits will be put on pause until you upload your ID.
The ID upload process is very simple and it involves clicking on the blue or red reminder and going through the flow to use your mobile browser to take a picture of your ID.
After you’ve completed the flow all app functions will return!
