Returnly Dashboard Grants Super Hero Powers

Feature Alert: In-app Returns Policy Override Capability — OOooooo, nice. 👯 For those special circumstances, Returnly dashboard users may now override the store’s own custom returns policy.

How it Works: In the Returnly dashboard, your customer service personnel may initiate a return of generally non-returnable items on behalf of shoppers. Non-returnable items still appear as grayed-out. 🔱 Beware of the super hero powers: dashboard users may override store’s returns policy by hovering their mouse over and then selecting the cause of return for grayed-out items.

From the Returnly dashboard, after a CSR has created a return on behalf of shopper, they can override store’s own pre-established policy.
