How to Fill Taxpayer Information on Medium In india

To obtain your money into your bank account, it is important that you fill out the Medium taxpayer information form. I’ll walk you through the easy steps to complete the information.

Step — 1 Enter your information in the taxpayer’s information, and click “next.” To change anything, you can do so by clicking on the edit option

Step — 2- Select W-8BEN- for non-US individuals and click complete form. As I’m Indian I selected W-8BEN form.

Step -3 Now Enter your name, permanent address, and mailing address and click continue

Step 4: Enter your PAN number in the Foreign (non-U.S.) Tax ID field and click on “Continue.”

Step -5 choose India as your country. Select both of these boxes to reduce your tax, if you select Royalties-Copyright (15%) then you will will pay 15% tax. Many members didn’t selected Royalties and ended up paying 30% taxes. Press on Continue.
