Reveel at Korea Blockchain Week
South Korea is at the forefront of blockchain technology
Over the last couple of weeks, Reveel was on a world tour of sorts. Two continents thousands of miles apart were visited by our teams as we connected with journalists and investors keen on learning more about our next milestone. At the Blockchain World Conference in Atlantic City, USA, our team presented on the Main Stage to blockchain enthusiasts from across North America. In Korea, there was much excitement about the creation of our decentralized media marketplace that would enable the creation of engaging and monetizable multi-channel advertising campaigns. Investors and influencers in the blockchain space were amazed by the live demo that could be done anywhere and anytime. After seeing the demo, many onlookers pulled out their devices to try it out for themselves.
Among several meetings with top investors in Asia, Waltonchain stood out. Our meeting with the Global CEO and CTO was productive and reaffirmed that Asia is a hotbed for blockchain. After learning about Reveel’s successes to-date and the specifics of the technology, the Waltonchain leadership team asked great questions that demonstrated their understanding of and interest in the integration of blockchain with our current platform. We are in the process of confirming commitments for our upcoming private sale with a number of investors, funds, and family offices that align with our mission.
Korea Blockchain Week is special as it gathers record-breaking numbers of top blockchain projects, influencers, journalists, and investors in the same place at the same time. Because there is so much to do but little time, the event calendar can become overwhelming. The Reveel team was unfazed by this year’s agenda and committed to being at every event where we could connect with those that wanted to learn more about the Reveel mission. We received a number of invites to exclusive events that attracted active investors looking for promising projects. At one event, we were one of just three projects invited to speak 1 on 1 with investors from a room of hundreds of people. On the busiest day of the week, the Reveel team in Korea was at 7 back-to-back events. Zipping through the city by car and train, we made sure to dedicate time for those that were eager to get in on what’s to come.
Within the larger scope of Korea Blockchain Week, the Beyond Blocks Summit Seoul was the flagship event that attracted a great number of attendees and key players in the blockchain space. You could feel the energy and passion of the speakers and project representatives as they buzzed around the conference grounds.
