I’m a fan of the Revenue Enablement Institute and the work Stephen Diorio, Chris Hummel, and others do to advocate for the adoption of revenue operations. A recent article by Stephen caught my attention as it discusses a trend I’m seeing in my consulting work as well… PE firms are increasingly embracing revenue operations as a strategy for value creation and organic growth within their portfolios. In periods of high interest rates, inflation, and declining options for financial leverage, cost reduction and cash flow improvement can’t be your only options.
