ReverseClimateChange investment club is a community-run eco DAO that needs involvement at all levels (large & small) to continue accelerating its growth.

THE CONCEPT

Reverse is crypto’s 1st eco-investment club / DAO. Our simple approach is that the community picks ReFi/web3 projects to invest in, primarily via “LaaS” (Liquidity as a Service). As these liquidity pools increase in value, they automatically increase the value of the $RVRS utility token and our partner’s token. Community members use the $RVRS token to vote on these investments. This community engagement is helpful to insure agreement when deciding which ReFi partner in which to work.

PEOPLE

The team consists of a combination of staff (4), ambassadors & community members (200+). Currently, Reverse resides under the ReFi DAO “Future Quest” which provides an accelerator approach to growth.

Our community-run DAO is a group of passionate crypto/eco-friendly people involved in helping to find, review & fund various projects in the ReFi/web3 space. To participate, all you need to do is hold the $RVRS token, help us find ReFi/web3 investments, propose and vote.

Reverse offers an Ambassador program to people who are passionate about what Reverse is trying to do — and want to roll up their sleeves and help out.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Until Reverse, there was no fun & safe space for people who are passionate about both crypto and the environment to pool their resources, knowledge, invest in ReFi (Regenerative Finance), and financially benefit from their choices.

The goal of our investment club is to “Do Well by Doing Good”. Finding the right balance of supporting ReFi projects and their positive impact on the environment AND using our investments to return profits to our community is an on-going effort. We succeed because the community steers the direction.

HOW DO YOU BENEFIT FROM BUYING $RVRS

You are investing in one of the most important financial spaces today … using the community to drive investments and accelerate & support ReFi projects focused on the environment. While nothing in crypto is ever certain, the goal is to:

Price appreciation of the $RVRS utility token occurs by generating passive income through various methods; including:

• RPPs (“Reverse Partnership Pools”, L-a-a-S), pool growth
• RPPs, increase in value of partnership tokens
• RPPs, Liquidity-as-a-Service fees (0.3%)
• RPPs, APY growth via staking or rewards
• Sustainability fee on trading volume (3% goes to community ReFi treasury, 1% goes to price appreciating, token burns)
• Early investment in upcoming ReFi projects
• Staking of partner tokens
• ReFi validation nodes (either via token delegation or our own node)

Methods of growth will change over time as per community input.

PARTNERS

The Reverse Investment Club has a growing set of ‘partnership pools’, liquidity in ReFi tokens that show our community’s support for these web3/ReFi projects that will add to our community’s treasury and help to reverse climate change. This growing list of RPPs (Reverse Partnership Pools) includes such projects as Polygon, Moss Earth, Toucan & Klima.

OTC (OVER THE COUNTER) PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Some projects may not be suitable for the Investment Club, yet could still be viable for individual investors. In this case, Reverse can help coordinate a bundling of large investors. Example, we coordinate 10 investors of $10K each and bundle our resources together so as a team we raise $100K.

Why do this? Early seed rounds in new projects often have high minimums that may not be appropriate for small/medium investors. Reverse helps coordinates this bundling and charges a fee for it, which will be returned to the Investment Club.
