Ghoul (iMDB 7.1/10):
The mini-series is inspired by an Arab folklore and is one of the spookiest shows to be made in India. Radhika Apte shows her acting prowess yet again in this chilling 3-part series. While the story is gripping in parts, some viewers might not enjoy the repetitive plotlines’ but that does not make ‘Ghoul’ any less interesting. It is a must-watch for the brave attempt at film-making.
Reviewpedia Verdict: HIT 🎯
Selection Day (iMDB 7.3/10):
Based on the sports fiction novel by Aravind Adiga with the same name, ‘Selection Day’ is one of those shows which you want to love and recommend to others, but you can’t bring yourself to do that. The viewers may find it difficult to connect with the characters, mostly because they are under-developed. The story arc is uninteresting and doesn’t make you want to click on the next episode immediately after one episode ends. At the end of two seasons, the viewers takeaway almost nothing that is memorable.
Reviewpedia Verdict: MISS 🙆🏻♂️
Delhi Crime (iMDB 8.5/10):
Recounting the fateful night that shook the nation to the core, ‘Delhi Crime’ is a necessary, if not an easy watch. It is an extremely sensitive show to watch. As a viewer, one feels helpless with the situation at hand. Shefali Shah is exceptional in the show. She has crawled into the skin of her character. The fellow supporting cast is also one to look forward to in future projects. The emotions, fear and anger portrayed in the show are both, believable and justified, and that makes this show worth your time.
