Win an iPhone Promotion T&Cs — October 2019
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Revix’s Win an iPhone promotion (“Promotion”) that starts on the 25th of October 2019. By using the iPhone promotion code, or otherwise participating in the Promotion, the customer agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Revix referral code IPHONE — in capital letters and as one word — must be used at the time of registration. Customers that do not use this code will not be entitled to partake in the draw.
2. Within 24-hours after signing up you will receive an email notification letting you know that your entry has been registered. Once this email has been received you can proceed to make a deposit.
3. A minimum of R2,000 deposit will enter a user in the Promotion. The user must have an invested balance of over R2,000 to be eligible at the time of the draw on the 17th of November at 5 pm GMT.

5. A user must make their deposit and investment, before the time of the draw to be eligible for the Promotion.
6. At 5 pm GMT, on the 17th of November, Revix will do a live random draw of all eligible users to select the winner. The winner will be notified by email.
7. You are welcome to trade between Bundles during the period up until the draw and still be eligible for the Promotion, as long as it is invested in a Bundle at the time of the draw.
8. We would like to see you continue investing with us after the Promotion is over, however, you are free to withdraw your investment after the draw in whole or in part. Note that a withdrawal fee will be levied on your account based on our fees.
9. A Customer using the IPHONE referral code should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices with respect to these referrals.
10. Revix reserves the right to cancel the campaign for new sign-ups at any time. Revix will always honour already registered agreements that we have with you.
11. These T&Cs should be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions found at www.revix.com.
12. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom (UK).
