As Akhayar grows and produces more content, we are looking for an experienced sales specialist to take over the responsibility of managing Akhayar’s sales team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with digital media products, and has successfully managed a sales team of several people. If you have strong negotiation and influencing skills, and can act as a mentor to your team members, send your CV to editor@akhayar.com.
Your Responsibilities
· Guide the Akhayar sales team in setting goals and quotas, improving sales strategies and analyzing sales data
· Conduct trainings for new sales staff and support teammates on sales calls and trainings
· Attend client meetings when necessary
· Hit periodic sales goals
Requirements
· Extensive digital media sales experience
· Proven track record of managing salespeople and helping position them for success
· Outstanding track record of regularly meeting or exceeding sales goals
