General Manager will be a key senior member of the management team. The position reports to the Group CEO and will lead the execution of major company decisions. You will oversee day-to-day operations and financial activities of all Revo Group businesses, including Revo, Akhayar & Xavey, and contribute to making key strategic decisions that will affect the company’s overall growth and future development.

This is an exciting position that demands business acumen, strong leadership ability as well as the skills to communicate and work closely with others. If you are someone who’s had extensive experience managing technology startups and growing businesses, we’d like to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

· Support and supervise daily operations of multiple business units under the Revo Group, with tasks included but not limited to: personnel hiring, office expansion, system development, etc.

· Monitor all financial activities, as well as make projections based on previous expenditures, for all Revo Group companies to ensure efficient use of client service resources and reaching Revo’s financial targets

· Contribute critical ideas that will be beneficial for the company’s long term development, and execute in accordance with the overall strategic planning

· Engage with clients & vendors for matters including invoicing, following up requests and planning for office-related activities

Requirements

· Entrepreneurial, analytical and operationally oriented, with demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

· Strong finance background required, and top-notch execution ability is a must.

· Proven track record of leadership, managing teams and driving results

· Comfortable in a technology-driven business setting
