How do I submit to Rewriting the Narrative?

There are two ways to submit your story to Rewriting the Narrative.

  1. You can submit your post is by completing this Rewriting the Narrative Submission Form, or

2. Email the blog’s editor, Virginia Ossana, at v.ossana@womenenabled.org, with the subject line “New Blog Submission.” You may paste the text into the body of the email or attach a Word Document.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Rewriting the Narrative publication calendar is full for the next few months, and at the moment, we are not in a position to accept new submissions. Note that this is only temporary. Please check this space again in September, 2024. Thank you for your patience!

What happens next?

Once you submit your story, we will review it. The team will be in touch with you to share the publication details, coordinate payment, and to let you know about any edits.

Note: We reserve the right to edit your article, including grammar, spelling, and formatting. Major edits will be shown to the author before publishing.

If you do not hear from the us within 10 working days of the date when we acknowledged receipt of submission, please assume that WEI will not be able to publish your post.
