We started Rezi to give job seekers a resource which makes it impossible to not create a perfect resume. The Rezi Score makes that possible.
We’ve spent much of the past 5 years reviewing, designing, writing, or thinking about one specific type of resume. It’s fair to say, for us, writing a resume is automatic. However, for most people creating a resume is a huge task with even bigger consequences.
We want to bridge the knowledge gap between resume experts and job seekers, at scale.
As of writing this, the Rezi Score now makes best practices transferrable without any prior knowledge of how to create a resume.
In practice, if your Rezi Score is 100 — you’ve created a perfect resume*.
So let me explain how this works. Rezi analyzes your resume across 4 categories and translates the result into a single metric, the Rezi Score.

Within each of the four categories are the specific inputs that determine the category score. If a resume entry/experience fails to meet the best practice — it will be flagged here.
How do you use it?
When you finish creating your resume — you’ll see the Rezi Score on the top left of the “Finish Up” tab. Clicking “Explore My Rezi Score” will open the a modal to show you what needs to be improved.
