What we‘ve noticed is there is a rapidly growing overlap between crypto and gaming. Some of the biggest and fastest growing gambling platforms in the world are now exclusively accepting crypto payments. Crypto to fiat conversions have never been easier either. The perfect storm.

16 cryptocurrencies and 15 e-wallets integrated into the TPAY Secure Checkout

At the same time, there are many alternative virtual currencies and e-wallets that make it super simple to transfer value and exchange between asset classes. We have integrated 15 of them into our proprietary payment platform. These are all easy to use fiat on-ramps and off-ramps.

RGT casino skin operators do not need to have traditional banking

So now, one of the RGT casino skin operators can easily process gaming transactions without requiring a traditional (painful) banking relationship. All of this is facilitated by the amazing crypto-to-fiat fintech infrastructure that exists today. Not possible a couple years ago.

TPAY is a world class blockchain with 100% uptime and over a million fast, cheap and secure transactions

With over 1,000,000 transactions since going live in 2017, the TPAY blockchain mainnet has functioned perfectly. Transactions have all been fast, cheap and secure. The pending codebase update will only enhance the efficiency and effectiveness and represents over a year of work.

To push adoption of TPAY in the real world, we will be offering amazing incentives to users. These include, but are not limited to, big product and service discounts from RGT and unique deposit and withdrawal bonuses across all of our gaming and retail e-commerce channels.

Standalone e-commerce version of the TPAY Secure Checkout based on the Merchant Platform beta that was released

Following the implementation of all of these initiatives, we will launch the standalone e-commerce version of the TPAY Secure Checkout. This leverages the existing code from the uniquely decentralized TokenPay Merchant Platform, which was released in beta earlier this year.

What makes this merchant platform so unique is that, unlike the current competition, it‘s non-custodial. Merchants receive TPAY and other cryptocurrencies directly from customers without an intermediary and we are still able to capture a fee. It is built well. Time to go live.

Liquidity pools will be added to incentivize TPAY staking

Stay tuned for the release of the updated website that will explain in detail the unique functions of the TPAY Secure Checkout, which is live and processing real world transactions right now. We plan to implement a transaction fee shortly, which will go to a staking pool.

With the planned governance panel in the new desktop wallet release, the community of TPAY stakers will be able to vote on initiatives such as what type of transaction fees to charge and how to distribute the revenues. We are entering a new paradigm of self-governance.

As communicated previously, we maintain a sizable treasury of TPAY and have been using it for rewards, distributed to players on CryptoBet. Users receive a coin for every $10 in gameplay, win or lose. This ends soon. We recently posted an update about CryptoBet and CBET.

TPAY blockchain code moving from private to public repositories

We‘re ready to start moving code from the private repositories where the TPAY dev team has been working on the blockchain the past few years to the new TPAY Secure GitHub. This code will be public for full transparency. New desktop wallets will be released prior to new codebase.

Up until now, the TPAY blockchain development has taken place only in private repositories on GitHub due to fear of a fork or a malicious act. This is still a risk. But we feel that being open source and showing the immense development progress made supersedes these risks.
