How to register on our platform?

For more details on registering an account please see this support article.

How to deposit funds to the platform?

1) In order to deposit BTC or ETH to the platform click on My Dashboard, where you will find two wallets: (1) Bitcoin (BTC) and (2) Ethereum (ETH).

2) Next, click on the corresponding Deposit button and copy your Bitcoin/Ethereum wallet deposit address by clicking on the copy symbol or highlighting the address and pressing Ctrl+C.

3) Now paste this address into your BTC/ETH wallet and transfer your Bitcoin/Ethereum to this address.

How to invest on the platform

1) To invest into one of our products first go to that product’s page. In this example we will go to Algorithms>Market Making.

2) Then select the wallet from which you will be investing, in this case it will be the ETH wallet.

3) Enter the amount you wish to invest and click INVEST.

4) Read the “Do you agree on a risk?” popup statement and if you agree click on I UNDERSTAND.

5) You will receive an email confirming your investment with the date and time of when your investment will be processed.

6) If you wish to amend or cancel your investment order, simply go to My Dashboard>Transaction History and click CANCEL (no confirmation required). You can then submit a new investment order if required.

How to disinvest from our products?

1) In order to disinvest go to My Dashboard and click on Disinvest next to the product you wish to disinvest from, in this case it’s the Market Making algorithm.

2) Next, enter the percentage of your assets that you wish to disinvest and select either Bitcoin or Ethereum. (NB: you can only disinvest into BTC from the USD basket). In this example we disinvested 50%, since it has to be at least 0.0015 BTC. For Ethereum the minimum disinvestment is 0.05 ETH.

3) A message will pop up informing you of the disinvestment processing time. Please note that currently disinvestments are processed once monthly on the 15th of each month. The cutoff date for submitting your disinvestments is four days prior, at the end of the day (CET) on the 11th of the month.

4) A message will be sent to your inbox informing you that we received a disinvestment order and when this order will be processed.

5) If you wish to amend or cancel your disinvestment order, simply go to My Dashboard>Transaction History and click CANCEL (no confirmation required). You can then submit a new disinvestment order if required.

How to withdraw from the platform?

1) To withdraw your assets from the platform wallet go to My Dashboard and click Withdraw next to the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw, in this case Ethereum.

2) WARNING: Do not withdraw ETH directly to another exchange as your funds may be lost. Always withdraw to your own Ethereum wallet.

In case of BTC we recommend testing with a small amount first if withdrawing to an exchange account.

First type in the amount you wish to withdraw, keeping in mind that the withdrawal amount must be higher than the withdrawal fee, currently at 0.01 ETH or 0.0002 BTC. Then copy/paste your personal Ethereum/Bitcoin wallet address making sure that it matches, before clicking Request withdrawal.

3) A pop-up message will confirm that a withdrawal request has been accepted.

4) You will also receive an email informing you of the withdrawal request and the requested withdrawal amount. This is just for your information and there is no need to confirm it.

5) Once the withdrawal is completed you will receive an email confirmation with the transaction ID.

For Ethereum you can lookup this ID on Etherscan.io to see the transaction details. To look up a Bitcoin transaction, please visit www.blockchain.com/explorer.

6) Under My Dashboard>Transaction History you can check the Request and Processed dates of the withdrawal transaction. There is no option to cancel the withdrawal request.

Most withdrawals are processed immediately, subject to certain security checks and network conditions. BTC transactions tend to be significantly slower than ETH transactions.

7) In the case of Ethereum you will find the transaction under Internal transactions of your wallet on the Etherscan.io website.
