INGREDIENTS:

Potato, Onion (finely chopped), Green chilies (chopped)

METHOD:

Boil the potatoes in pressure cooker. Put potatoes in cooker, add enough water to submerge. Cook it for 2–3 whistles and 3 minutes on sim. When steam settles, peel and cut in random shapes and let it cool.

Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, hara dhaniya, dhaniya powder, ajwain, anardana (peesa hua), red chilli powder and mash. Mix it well, best way is to use your hands and see that no lumps be left.

Let it cool and it should be dry i.e. no water (else it’ll break the parantha while making dough) and make parantha by stuffing this mixture in it. Don’t apply oil inside i.e. while stuffing.
